Cool

Chilli Vodka always take people by surprise. Just a bottle of any make of Vodka and some red chillie's , up to you how many. Chop them up including the seeds. Tip into the Vodka. Put the cap back on and place in a dark place. Leave for as long as possible.
Empty contents via a sieve into a clean bottle. And serve to unexpecting guests with slice and ice with tonic. Sure to clean the palate.

The remains of the chillie's can be put in the fridge and used in cooking. Gives a curry that extra zing.

I am really boreing and going to tread carefully and stick to the Berliner Kindle from Aldi that is brewed in Germany. Real lager if that is to your taste.

Cool

Another cracking drink is a "Rusty Nail". How it got the name I gave no idea. But start off with a heavy liqueur then very carefully lay a lighter one on top. It possible just keep building up into layers.

The art of drinking is to drink each layer before drinking the next.
