Hey Col gis a shout out for next year mate, if there is camping on site may join ya mate would love to be around when the general public go and have a few beers and the craic. Love chatting to all the old boys man.

Oh yeah getting along just fine mate, on friday went to Riverside Festival in Nottingham and they have a selection of Traction Engines and the old Musical Organs, my lot just want to go to the fair but I prefer the smell of hot coal and steam lol

Oh now you're talking....I love the night times at the steam fairs, Duncome Park at Helmsley's one of my faves, nothing like the size of Pickering but at night they have half a dozen engines outside the beer tent running the electric & stuff what an atmosphere

Love the idea of that mate beer tent you say that's sounds good mind not a big drinker now but the atmosphere would be awesome. Definetly up for that mate, don't need camp gear just dos down in the beer tent lol

Great pics Col, glad the weather was ok, looked a fab day out . How did you get your 1/2 price tickets, was it a local thing, or a Colin thing.

Superb photo's Col, it looks like a great event. Oddly enough one of my friends was on their holidays near Pickering and have been rubbing it in about how much I would have enjoyed it
