Sorry to hear that Simon but I thought from the original post advertising the Rally that you would be away, just hoped your plans had maybe changed.

That's a shame that we will be missing two of the members from the November meet. Still, lots of time to get more members interested and looking forward to a great day.

I was at this event last year, was a scorching hot day if i remember correctly.

Some pics from last year that i posted over on the other forum. Still mulling if i should go this year or not, as i have the Pride of Longbridge thingy later this month as well.

Never mind that found the thread i created here last year with the better pics on it -

You're off to POL but not the National Meet the next day that's less than an hour away..? Shame on you

Travelodge still have some £29 rooms left in Walsall and Cannock you know, both 20 mins from Cosford

Hi Nathan

Well we would all be delighted if you could make your "local" meet as well as POL. I know you were only a possible for the first meet we had in November so it would be great if you could manage along.

Hope to see you on the 24th.

Derek

Hi Tom,

Not sure if you are serious here or not?

You need to fill out an entry form and post it the Scottish All Rover Rally with your £10 entry fee before the 1st of May. Late entrants are accepted but will not receice a Rally Memento or be included in the programme.

Form can be downloaded from www.sarr.co.uk

I you are joking adter Carl's post then please ignore my ramblings!

Derek

Yes, i had discussed going to the forum meet but was told that one is enough, and tbh i probably would be shattered after my exersions from the saturday night, hence my being the passenger on the drive back to scotland on the sunday
But we shall see i might pop over for 30mins, if i get my way that is.

I stayed at that Walsall travelodge a couple of years back for a .org meet, i hope they have done it up since then, i wasnt at-all impressed with the state of the place.
