I wish i never got rid of my RD350s. Thrashed them until they blew up. The first one i dumped in a ditch and left it there to rot. The second one was a true hooligans bike. Stan Stevens exhausts / KN cone filters and proddy bars. The engine would self destruct every 6k and would get a rebuild. One by one all my mates were either killed or badly injured and it was only a matter of time for me.
I sold it in the end and bought a 950 ford fiesta and learnt to drive. The best thing i could of done at the time but i do miss those bygone days.

Here's pics of another 'wish I still had it' bike......................... (twin sons so 2 pics )
Can't afford one now, so FJ1200 will have to do..... If you don't need to sell, don't. Mate had a GPZ900R and it was a blast to ride |

On the subject of 'bikes I should never have sold', here's mine in the early 80's...sold with less than 5k on the clock, mint for £1500

I love vmaxs! ****** brilliant bike! I've had two now, the first was one of the original 1985 bikes, but had had a little work done on it, and it had 165bhp at the back wheel! Absolute beast of a bike!

Another one of the ones that got away!
It should be pointed out that in order to get another, I had to sell one first (one out, one in rule!) and we all know that we boys like our toys! Mike
