Haha, at least your honest. Not the best time of year for diets or trying to get in shape huh. Well only a few more days then its back to the hard work. There is way to much temptation at the moment, so enjoy it. I went to the gym yesterday after Christmas Day and Boxing Day off and man it was hard work, never struggled that much before but today was so much better but I think it will take a week to burn off the Christmas turkey lol

Lose some festive pounds in january.

We are on veggie soup almost every night and as I had to see the dentist yesterday for toothache I have had to stop eating chocolate bars at night - being honest

The veggie soup, cut out bread and butter is the way ahead for me and hardly any alcohol either .....Oh and some walking and swimming
