What a fab Weekend, don't know how we'll top that but we'll definitely try. Great to meet so many genuinely friendly people. After the weather we've had all week I never thought I would be sitting here with my head and neck covered in after sun lotion. Must say a special thanks to Devilish for help and moral support during my TV install.
Will get some photos up later. See you all soon. Mick. |

Quite simply the best meet i have been to, thanks to all those who came on day 1, day 2 and/ or both, nice to meet new members who are not regular meet goers and all the usual suspects too, the days definitely had a family atmosphere about them.
A special thanks to all those who bought tools and mucked in with the required jobs, most of which I believe got done, and if not there is always next time and there will be another. I now need to unpack the car, take a shower, eat some food and go to sleep ! LInk to my pictures below http://s235.photobucket.com/albums/e...view=slideshow

Great day, wished I had been able to be there Saturday night as intended, my first nano meet, good to meet other members for first time and see the amount of work being done, never seen to many cars with the front end off in one place, other than a scrap yard. Many thanks to Colin who did a few jobs for me and the main job, parking sensors, only to find no harness in the car, its so B****y frustrating so job not complete yet: Why can't cars be wired up fully in preparation for extras????? Thanks Colin, thanks guys

Got home about 6.30pm, gotta say we all had a great time.
Thanks especially go to Lyndon (wolves75), Mick (wideload) and Rob (trebor) for making us feel so welcome on the Saturday afternoon. And again, big thanks to Dave (monk) for the t4 session. After todays weather, we are sat at home with bright red faces and arms and chests! Thanks to the organisers and already looking forward to hopefully making the next one! Maybe on a day when there is no football there though!
