Consistently get around the 21mpg mark, town driving and motorway never dropped below 18 (knackered reducer and injectors at the time). Where I fill with gas makes a difference, it doesn't like shell gas, asda is it's favourite and a small (very cheap 38ppl) station gets me less miles but offset by the cost.

Soon though after 12 years of mgr products ( metro, 400, 75, 45, zt and 75), I'm leaving. Unknown territory as they are all I've ever driven now to a yank tank 300c 3.5 24k FSH for 4900, rude not to. I'm sticking with LPG though - that's how much I've liked it - would suggest it to anyone especially on a 75 as they had approved conversion and there are even different tunes for the engine ecu to take advantage of LPG.

All my petrol cars were gas converted apart from 500 s as merc and gas dont come along
Bu5 ill probably convert any future peteols to gas
I do like pull of the diesel but i love petrol roar
Consumption doesn't bother me that much but ill get anything between 180 190 miles on 50ltrs of gas booting it around town and up to 260 miles from same amount of gas cruising at 70mph if you bother do the maths
