I've got two lads 23&20. And there both body builders and keen rugby players so what they say goes lol. Joking apart they are great kids wouldn't change them for the world

I read a stat that kids dont leave home till they are 31 (on average).

That's really cheered me up...............not! My son is 3 so 28 more years???? I'll be 75!!!!!!

I only live 9 miles away and would take up your offer, if only it weren't for the cost of the petrol.
Still look on the bright side, the older they get the worse they get, so in a few years you'll look back to now with fond memories.
I should know, been there, done that and would still have the T Shirt if one of the kids hadn't nicked it.

As Ive said before , kids, like puppies and kittens are ok till they grow up .
Mine have grown up to be 53 and 56 , I long for those days of non-disposable nappie towels soaking in buckets .
