Small and unimportant update
Shaft extensions waiting for the cases. Dashboard indicator: I think it can fit anywhere without disturbing too much the original design of the car.

Judging by their enormous popularity and the huge enthusiasm on the forum they might be priceless I mean I'm not sure if it is worth trying to make them for sale Around 60 Euro (minor adjustments are possible after I'll make detailed calculations, I'm busy now with tests)...if will ever happen. Edit: actually I'm afraid that either I didn't make myself clear and the explanations are confusing or really doesn't matter if the VIS valves are working and how are they working

...and here is a short clip with the power valve and the adapter (oil barrier + sensor) playing together. You may notice that it shows the actual position of the actuator and not if it is connected to power or not. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFpPe...e=channel_page

What a fantastic project, very impressive Do you have plenty of equipment to use, like a rapid prototype machine - the parts that look like injection moulded plastic would be expensive to make in small production runs. Just curious, and impressed

Amazing work Fidel!
I wish you all the luck with this project! Slightly off topic here but this is the very reason I would like to see realistic membership fees like £25-£35 per year for this club. The Owner's Club would then have the resources to finance the massive investment for projects like this rather than rely on Club members with limited funding. The SOC (Triumph Stag Owners Club) achieved this couple of Decades ago & worked along side the British Motor Heritage to start producing OEM chassis member box sections & OEM pressings of front & rear wings. In another scenario, I cannot produce Fan Resistor kits forever so there needs to be a Club Strategy in place for the long term longevity of our Cars. Kaiser's Metal Thermostat housing is another example which I very much hope succeeds Have you started a Wanted list for these Barrier Kits? Crofts did such a list for Door Finishers taking orders of 50 at a time. I believe you are going to need 100's of orders to minimise your production costs Best of luck to you Regards Jules
