If someone had control of my camera, I'd know, on the odd occasion I've forgotten to turn the camera off and put the phone back in my pocket, within 10 mins it's very hot!
Well, there you go then. You have a way to warm your hands as they get a good look at your finger prints.---

Amazed me i must say.
I have that functioned on my phone. Verry useful but it always tells me that the phone is in my house and the places I leave it sometimes (gas/electricity cupboard etc. Good feature though although . . . . .

My Sony Experia Z2 would melt if the camera was left on lol.
What I mean is you could take a video in superior auto mode, after 3 minutes or so it get hot then stops recording. A flaw in those phones with some diggin

All mobile phones can be tracked just by using cell towers, your service provider can track your phone using their network infrastructure, has nothing to do with iPhones.

Law enforcement agencies can legally monitor the movements of people, your phone can be tracked, monitored and intercepted, even text messages read and phone calls recorded.

Software can be automatically installed, allowing microphones to be remotely activated in order to listen to conversations.

There are many apps available free of charge that can track and control mobile phones, these all need a wifi, or data connection. Some apps can send SMS text messages to your phone and report back with your GPS co-ordinates.

I think the iPhone non removable battery was a design move to invent the worlds slimmest mobile, Apple wanted a sleek slim design with no moulded double shell, no lines, no gaps that would easily allow dust, water, moisture into the handset.

Plus! Incasing the battery would limit the products shelf life, forcing the user to either buy a new handset, or have their iPhone's battery expensively replaced.

Dallas I think your explanation is pretty convincing other than other people seem to know like for instance certain gentleman who buy and sell certain plants only use blackberry mobiles mainly because no tracking and battery can be removed, I must say that I have no personal knowledge.

Not just iPhones that have a non removable battery, the newer Samsungs are the same.

Of course they can track you, of course they can watch you with the right software. As always there are ways to stop them but could you be bothered?

Anyone tracking and watching me would be watching a very dull show lol

Just remember in case anyone is reading your thoughts, to wear a tinfoil hat.
