I can't remember tbh, it wasn't the trash papers, I forgot about the statement from the family stating to ignore anything that doesn't come from them or the hospital, so perhaps we had better put on hold any more posting until the official news is released??? Mods please advise

I haven't posted anything about him (on either thread) as my Granny always used to tell me that; "If you can't say anything nice about someone, it's better to say nothing"

Plus as has been said, if you have a differing opinion, you get shot down in flames and I can't be ***** with it anymore!

So because he was a cheat, as you say, then he deserves this?

The man did a lot of good, and didn't shout about it either.

Guys, it's not about opinions and getting shot down in flames!
Richard kindly asked for no disrespectful posts, that was aimed and everyone to be polite and respectful.
Michael was no saint, but none of us are and we don't need reminding of that by all and sundry.
Just because you don't like him doesn't mean he deserves what has happened, let alone what his family must be going through.
To a lot of people ( me included ) he stole the title off Damon Hill that year in Australia, tried it again with Jacques Villeneuve but failed.
We all saw him block Alonzo in qualifying at Monoco etc etc......none of that takes away the fact that he is a man with a family and friends who are all in shock.
I have yet to see any of the F1 stars that he cheated against coming out and making nasty uncalled for comments, so why should anyone else

When he forced Nigel Mansell of the track so he could not score the points he needed I was ranting. In retrospect anyone in that sport will sometimes do stupid things to get what they want.
As a person he was un assuming and a decent chap, giving money to charity.
I do not wish this on anyone and hope Schue can pull it off and be a husband to his wife and children and he has my Gods Speed.

But that doesn't matter, as you say let's hope for a positive outcome.

Hope your family's never have to go through what the Schumachers are going through right now!
