Nowt wrong with Blackpool at all, and while the foreigners man the piers it means the dossers and doleys can take their kids out of school for a day along the front spending other peoples money on claptrap. Just an observation of mine while having my VVC Coupe front struts replaced at a garage over the road from Chorley Train station I made use of my free travel to spend the 4 hours in Blackpool. The only things in Blackpool worthy of note are the Pleasure Beach which is a cracking day out, the tower and ballroom, the classic trams, the illuminations and the night life, had my stag night there after watching Chubby Brown and the strip clubs I enjoyed on my 18th.
