Hi Simon.
So you to note the difference bit more pick up I find
first pics is using an hose from an freelander for the bottom and top hose is from the BMW the alloy hose came from.

[

The second pic is using a bend from again a freelander code in pic 4

[I

note the change of direction of the route as opposed to the original shape shown by the silicone hose in pic 3 Arctic

Just happened to be sitting here with a BMW pipe and and a digi vernier

So pipe diameter is 56.2mm and over raised swaged rings its 59..2mm

got get round to measuring the EGR to see if it needs any sort of reducer rubber/silcon tube ..

or just lube and some brute force ,, ooer!!

Chris

Q.? Can anyone give a clue on how forgiving Silcon tubes are .. can they be stretched a little bit to go over a slightly bigger tube ??
or are they not that flexy ?

Hi David.
These are the ones I purchased remembering that I did purchase others as this was a trial and error for me.

This was one with the sensor
2003 BMW E46 320D intercooler Pipe M47N

I have in front of me this one which came this morning I have yet to see if it will fit with manipulation, cutting etc

EGR to intercooler pipe removed from a 2003 BMW E46 330d.

I do also have a few other makes of car in mind but yet to know if they will fit again trial and error I am afraid but if they do I will inform those that are interested, as I do not want anyone purchasing any pipe only to find it will not fit sorry cheers Arctic
