You can buy the rings on eBay for £7 for the pair - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pair-6-5-1...ht_2370wt_1396
(although it would be much MUCH cheaper to make them with a router or something) It's the modification thats the pain. |

easier to make them all in one go, out of a larger board.But that info does help thanks.

I'm in for a set of fronts when this is sorted. I have the rings already but after posting them on it's probably better to start afresh as the cost is in the labour.

Have not checked any sizes at all, got the 190mm from the How to, on here, but that will have to be checked. According to that post it was 2 pieces of 18mm ? also to be checked, but certainly no problem.
I popped out side, and without measuring or working to any scale in particular, I made the following up, so it can be done. I will get some MDF and do some playing...

I'd be interested in a full set too.
Looking into upgrading the speakers after buying one of those Clarion SRV313's If it can be done not only would it be great....I think you'd have lots of orders!! Cheers Paul |
