Hi,

One day I will make it to one of these meetings! If I can get to this one I will but it looks unlikely as I've got to have me hip replaced a week tomorrow so will be fairly immobile for a while - grrr!

I guess we will have to come to you, then I can have a go at building a cheese with you, it's been over 40 years but I'm sure it would soon come back to me.
