Can you add my name to the list please?

I strongly support the idea of sausages and bangers - I don't mind chipping in with the processed cheese slices if needed?

Well folks, just less than a week to go !
The list of attendees looking fairly strong for a new venue, and Steve and I are encouraged by the numbers so far, thanks for the support on this.
The BBQ is on for sure, I will be bringing the kettle and stove also so hopefully a good way for us all to catch up and have good fellowship.
During this time, we may wish to discuss the future as a group to cover some subjects such as nano style stuff and if we wish to equip the region with items such as gazebo ETC, and how we may fund this as a group. Any Ideas on this would be welcomed at the meeting and we may be able to set things up based on what we would all like to experience.
Please take care folks, and looking forward to seeing you all on the day.
John & Steve.

Not Only But Also :
I anticipate arriving at the venue a tad before 09:00 to see if I can secure a portion of the lower car park, Either Steve or I will advise on the plan of attack and work with the site staff to obtain a best as possible area.

Thanks to all for your support & keep an eye out for further info!

Congrats on getting the new meet off the ground would a park allow a nano style meet I wonder, but good you are thinking on those lines as never can be too many of those given the age of our cars.

Some nano style work was carried out at the caldicotte arms at past meets and I well remember huddling under a number of portable gazebos when it was freezing with rain and hailstones! ah happy days Is there any likelihood of any further meets at MK or is it not suitable any more I certainly would miss it for the place, food, and the friendly atmosphere and camadarie.

Good luck for sunday

Hi, good points made, the Caldecotte Arms venue is by no means shelved, Both Steve and I are trying to retain the venue as well as opening up new opportunities for fresh venues this being one of them.
Thanks for your input on this, and in due course will sort bookings for C A on top of the plans we have in the melting pot!
Cheers JohnH.

What time are people aiming to get there? I was just wondering if there were any set times for the meet or whether it's a get here when you get here?

Bear in mind that some of us have a good appetite, so arrive late at your own peril, with or without melted cheese slices..........
As pointed out, I will be there as they open up, not sure on the rest of the possey, but sure they won't be too far behind. Arrive as and when you can, Just take care !

Cheers John & Steve.
