Lee with over 1000 members to get to, many of whom have still to supply any postal address, it's not easy. Actros is getting through quite a number, but has a way to go yet, and there will inevitably be some people, like yourself, who feel forgotten. It's really not a conspiracy against you I promise, and had you not now removed all your address information, we could have seen about pushing you through a little quicker, but now sadly cannot.

I'm sorry you feel totally disillusioned now by the entire club, purely on the strength of not getting a thank you gift for helping to keep the club around.

I hope that wherever it is you now choose to go, they are able to exceed the expectation level you demand.

If you would like to furnish us with your address data at a later date, I personally will do my utmost to see you get the articles you have been waiting so patiently for.

Please PM me if that is an option you'd like to excercise in due course.

Regards.
