That's a brilliant list of work! I'm hoping to accomplish something similar myself, having run my 75 as a modern car for coming up to four years now. It's always been well-kept, but I've become more aware of its age, of late, and, as such, plan to get on top of everything, as best I can, so that it'll continue to give me good service, and also so that I can enjoy it as I did when I first bought it.
Working through things is all part of the fun!

That's a heck of a list - it's good to see someone spending the time and money our cars deserve.

I'm debating the same with my latest ZS - I absolutely love it, and to sort all of the 'niggles' would improve it massively. I may well begin pricing the parts up, however some are harder to find than the 75/ZT.

Very helpful list, thanks. I've done some but by no means all, mainly at TS.

Oen job I didn't spot but not sure if relevant to the 1.8 or diesel, is to fit a Jules aluminum SHannon tube to my 2.5.

How important is the waxoiling down under? Have been contemplating it but not got around to it yet after three years of ownership.

I sometimes get asked can I do that list in a day............................
Leave it with me a few weeks is usually the relpy
We do repairs but miracles take a liitle longer

Well done by the way, it's what these cars deserve.
With top quality parts, TLC and all the mods done, these can last longer without a glitch than when they left the factory

Removal of wheel-arch liners and cleaning and protection of the metalwork behind them.

Good one !
I've got a pic somewhere of half a large mug full of mud which can sit behind the front wings where they join the sills.
I'll add photo later

That's been done and the area waxoyled (on both the 75s) - forgot to add to the list. It's a really worthwhile job.

Photos of before & after in the area just behind the wheel arches.

Didn't see the auxiliary drive belts in the list, or did I miss them?

They are down as a change on the earlier service schedules and an inspection on the later sheets.

Personally I change them, as they are difficult to inspect in situ, and whilst changing them all the pulleys can be checked for roughness and play.
