I think the rear mirrors may just be folded in manually, otherwise you'd put the powerfolds on the front, surely?

You can go even further with the two header concept. Take two touriers and just cut the tailgates off and join them, you then will have a 75 with four doors each side. You will of course need to remove the two middle sets of wheels if you want to drive it, but well crafted bodywork can still give the impression the wheels are still in place. It will be street legal as it will be less than 39ft.
