[QUOTE=Jezzer 1;549123]Methinks the body shop would have a real challenge to get the colour division straight on the black/gold car above because there's no natural body line to follow. You'd also probably end up with 'bleed' under the masking tape which is probably why the stick-on chrome trim appears.

The Firefrost/Black car looks really classy.

My Limo is gold, but I'm not sure it goes too well with black. There's too much of a contrast.

Duotones Dark Blue and Silver I thinks looks the best so far and there's a fair bit of contrast there.

I am convinced black and gold will be spot on.

with a good quality fine line tape it is poss to get a good straight edge , but sometimes it does still bleed. the good old chalk line trick is great for marking out . but what colour gold ? or bronze ? lots and lots to choose from ... or are you just gong to keep it to rover colours.

Yes i'd probably keep to rover colours - platinum gold I think was the later colour.

I wonder how an antique white lower half and navy upper would look? Be nice with cream leather seats piped in navy.

Tha premium bumper works so much better IMO. But I'd still have the top strip above the grille done in the "over" colour.

Problem solved Stubie - getchaself a premium bumper
