Default New fob

Hi all

I hope that I've jumped on the correct thread. I purchased a new fob from Ebay, but cannot get the old blade out of the old unit. I'm pretty useless at this sort of thing and don't want to damage anything.

Do any of you guys offer a fix and return service? Help!
