Hi Trebor,

I update mine every week, but as Flyer noted, I edit my original post rather than make a new post each time. That was what I understood to be the method for updating?

Well done too by the way

Derek

When this thread started it gave me the incentive to get rid of the half to three quarter of a stone I seemed to have gained during the previous 6 months.

Anybody who has met would think I didn't have a problem with my weight, for years I'd struggled to keep the weight on but since giving up gainful employment in June of 2010 I'd managed to put it on and was 12 and a half stone at the start of this year due mainly to too much food/alcohol and lack of exercise. Now I hadn't been this heavy for over 30 years and the tyre I'd got meant some of my clothes were a tad tight.

Well I reduced the size of meals and cut out sweets/crisps and treats plus have done a bit more exercise, gardening etc, and have got my weight down to 12 stone. Could do with with loosing another few pounds to get down to my ideal weight of 11 3/4 stone so my clothes won't be so tight - time will tell.
