Thats the spirit Flyer, get a good sweat on this weather and the lbs will drop off !

i have just been away again and this time put 6lb on, but it was nice !

I lost it last time I came back after a holiday ( that was 5.5 lb ) so heres to next weeks weigh in for a better result

I keep losing weight but it keeps finding me again !

Iv,e found it very hard to get under 16 st but the size and state of this allotment should see the pounds fall off me .

I put 7 lb on whilst on holiday 2 weeks ago but now lost 3 of that so back on track
