They don't give a monkeys anymore. A family from eastern Europe has bought an house four doors down from my parents. there are 6 vehicles, 4 of them are complete wrecks, I mean wrecks & they constantly swap number plates over from one car to another, they're not even the same model of car!

the other 4 cars haven't moved in months, flat tyres etc, nobody can park up for all these cars & have been reported to the police but they're not interested in the slightest, yet if I go one day over my MOT running out I'm nicked

Not worth bothering.
I reported a car on my street that was untaxed and never moved.
They turned up and put a "car untaxed" sticker on the windscreen and that's it!

Its been there since August!!

Worst tyres I have seen were on a Police pick up in the Philippines! I had a bum bag stolen and the local Police Chief arranged a lift home for us after we reported it etc. We got in the back of a Police pick up, the spare was like a racing slick!
