Yes, however mine was the complete system inclusive of every possible lead, trolley, printer etc etc.

There were, and indeed still are available partial setups, such as OMIPRO Land Rover and OMIPRO MG Rover.

I live in Perth ,Western Australia and I only know of one T4 here, the old MGR dealer (who is still does Landrover / Jag etc )
I did call them up once re somthing a while back and got a hold of a guy who said he used to do all the spec setups for the cars when they arrived here and could use the machine.Wanted about $80 AUD (about 160 pounds) to change the speed locking .Sold the car prior to changing anything anyway.
There was at least one other main dealer on the east coast in Sydney and Melbourne so theres at least 3 units here.

Very expensive for just one change in BCU, but soon this will be for free by TOAF http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru....php?p=2081332

Elusive T4s:
Two in Sydney - 1 @ McCarrolls on North Shore though their expert has just retired; one at Paradise Motors in the Eastern side of the city...
One known in Perth.
Brisbane ?
Adelaide ?
Melbourne?
Tasmania?

Hopefully we can conjure up a national list ...
