![]() with maf unplugged wont start at all, changed mafs but still doing the same unfortunately, starting for about 5 seconds

![]() bit off the wall this.......try starting it, and unplug the maf as it fires up...or, remove the maf and plug the harness back in and try and sart i.....

![]() The fact that it won't start at all with the maf off certainly needs a bit of thought. Is it the case that the engine usually overfuels with the maf switched off?

![]() Just a thought Make sure that the exhaust pipe is clear when we were kids we used to push a spud up the tail pipe of cars and they then refused to start it may be worth having a look
