Thanks also for all the interest in the tax disc holders too. These are in the pipeline and are mega expensive-so it's a work in progress at the moment. As soon as I get them sorted, I shall be sure to post in on the forum.
My mine problem is the sheer volume of what needs to be produced. Every producer has stated so far that they will produce no less than 250 units

Tax Disc Costs
Hi Steve,
Your dead right the tax disc holders you mean are far cheaper. But those are not the style that I wanted. See below the type I mean, which are mega expensive where ever you look. They are main dealer quality and have space for membership cards etc like the club ones. I already have a proper Rover tax disc holder similar to the one you have, but afraid that I am not a fan of those

Your missing the point. You can pick up tax disc holders for pennies, but what the op is doing is recreating the OEM items which are a different design and higher quality than shown in post 6.
