I went to my nearest insurance approved repairer, it was them who condemned the work.

Default 10 year old Caravan

Hi

Surely you would know having a ten year old caravan banger parts would not be available.

You have to move with the times rule out the old and get in with the new, most caravans stay dormant for quite a few months and might as well be a green house.

Old caravans should not be on the road as you can see, being a hazard and falling part, I know a good scrap yard if you want the number?

People towing caravans on the road get in the way and a pain in the ass on country roads especially when you want race your car and overtake.

Any way its not worth repairing if you decide get it done you will have get your hands dirty.

NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- caravans, Topgear had the best idea destroy them.

How many members vote to destroy or get repaired.

Total number destroy. yaaaaaaaaay

Cheers

Default This really gets me going

No flaming wonder insurance is so blooming expensive. This type of nonsense costs us all hundreds of pounds a year.
Similar but different in a way they tried to write off my better half's Micra last year for a wrecked bumper and one broken light. Would not even bother assessing it until I created. Then only reluctantly. Offered us 2750 without even looking at the car. Now this car was my mothers and has only 32k on clock. Known history etc etc. You cannot replace that.
Eventually repaired...total cost £950!
They were going to hand out £2750 without blinking. This does not make any sense!

Hope you get it sorted Rich. Very annoying!

Chris

Good riddance is the polite term used here!
