Android Tablet PC stuck on loading screen - Page 2

Thankyou for the help but nothing works. Tried everything but wont work. Just get the android screen scrolling.

Hi again, finally got to the reboot screen (robot on its side with a red triangle and ! ) I pressed power and as soon as it clicked to start up I let go and pushed and held the up volume button. Great I thought but no after doing all that it rebooted itself and went back to scrolling the loading screen.

Finally got it working. I tried what you suggested Nich but it just kept turning itself off. This is how I managed it I pressed the power button till i heard a click, I let go of the power button and pressed and held the + volume and this took me to a screen with the robot laying down with a red triangle, I pushed the + vol and -vol buttons and a screen came up with options, I wiped the user data and it asked if I wanted to reboot to factory settings, which I did. It rebooted and although Ive lost the apps (which Im sure my son will download the ones he wants) it now is back working.
