There are foreign people in every town arent there, when was the last time you went to sunny Blackpool
We go every year. And i think that you will find that the entrance price for any show or event or the pleasure beach is very overpriced. Yeah there are foreign people in every town. Infact i think you will find there are "foreign" people all over the world. However Blackpool has more than it's fair share of them. And as i stated if you go along any of the pier's you will find that 9/10 people working on them cant speak English very well..

I go there every DAY
do you know i am from Blackpool??, work in and around Blackpool every day, now live in Cleveleys , which is the next town to Blackpool.

I have to disagree with you, the shows are averagely priced, if these shows were in Accrington for instance they would command the same prices imho, if they were in London they would be more.
you may find foreigners along the piers but no more than any where else , It's not that long ago that a lot of Scottish people used to come here for jobs in the summer, so the same could have been said there, Most of the community you refer to are actually Polish, the ones i have come into contact with speak good English and the ones who cant probably have only just come over here.
At the end of the day the Uk is now more than ever a multicultural community, Blackpool is now catching up with a lot of other parts of the country in that area.

Tell you what.. Blackpool is the cheapest holiday spot on the map. The shows are as cheap as chip's. And the population are all fully fluent in the Queens English. Your right how rude of me to disagree with your view. It's not like i should have one of my own. I will now go and stand in the corner..

Please try and keep things calm, don't want the thread running away with itself. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and let's just keep it at that.
