Yep...the heat generated by the Dremel alone is usually enough to help things along, I’ve found.

If you take the front bumper off like that then there is no need to disturb the rest of the screws in the brake ducts, but that's what I did. Took all the screws out, cleaned them all up and made sure that they went back with a blob of grease. I bought some new ones as well but seems that they are now NLA.

I've found these to be the best discs for a Dremel. They need the SC402 EZ SpeedClic Mandrel to fit them to the Dremel but they'll cut through a 1/2 inch steel bolt with ease. Also good for shaving bits off, cutting slots, etc.

Just remember guys, bumpers are plastic and angle grinders generate a lot of heat!
