When I wired in my auto dipping mirror I founf the head lining quite easy.

If you undo one of the sun visors you will find there is plenty of play n the roof lining to be able to pass quite a few electrical cables from the center to the A pillar.

the A pillar just pulls off. You can then use some cable ties to carry the new wires down along with the existing wires. that gets it under the steering wheel. From there you can go anywhere around the car.

You could connect the lights to the Purple/Slate cable (which is the feed for the interir lights) in pin 7 of the 17 pin connector at the base of the A pillar, saves disturbing the headlining or A pillar cover.

If you have the curtain Airbags fitted,
careful where you place the wires!

How do you want to operate your lights?

1. To the courtesy light so they light up only when doors are opened or courtesy light
is turned on internally?

2. So they remain on constant when the ignition is live?

3. So you can operate them as a total independent light system?

Are you stating this pureply due to not interrupting the function of them? I.E. don't put the wires inthe way of the explosion.
Or is there another reason?
