Tresspassing is a different kettle of fish, and certainly not B & E

Definitely! Been into plenty of old forts, and other sites, but only when access can be gained without causing criminal damage.

Aye sold everything off and we are still in a right old mess
Where did all that money go.

As for trespassing .....When was the last time you heard of anyone being
done for it....As for as i know the only trespassing that would get you
into a court would be trespassing on military land or the railways

I was always led to believe that trespass was not deemed to have been commited until you had been asked to leave and then refused ? I am sure someone can enlighten on the finer points of the law on this one. Will have to look up on the internet. Rich.

Thats very sad and such a disgrace that is just been left like that. Some of those cars must be test vehicles. I can't beleive how many shells there are.

I thought all the site had been sold off and all the factory emptied.

What a shame, my MG CDTI is a really good car, the 75 was a genuinely good car.

Nice photographs. As for copyrights, right who do you want to ask.??
It is a sign of the times, an industry is collapsing, the country is following suit, and people worry about copyrights.

Try that in China!

I agree, it really winds me up when some know it all comes on a forum and starts dribbling on about some rule or law just to make a point.
