My temperature gauge always climbs gently to 9 o'clock and stays there all the time. It was still there when I had an overheat due to lost coolant due to a small radiator leak resulting in a new head gasket.
There must be some way to replace the present temp sensor with a better one attached to a decent gauge surely. John |

Yes there are some options, so I suggest you search this forum.
There is a new temperature display and there are ways of installing other gauges/sensors. You are right, the standard system is absolutely useless. It might as well have been painted on the dial. |
