Oh, there is an Auto ZT by the way. It's in New Zealand. Apart from that one Alex you're spot on.

Assuming it is one of the two B&G had at Silverstone, then it does have a proper VIN. Can't remember the numbers, but I think the cars were sequential, and somewhere in the 2 or 300s.
Both the cars at Silverstone were this colour, but I don't remember either having such an out of place steering wheel as that. To be honest, both looked awful in the flesh. I don't like that colour anyway, but it was compounded by dull paintwork and poor panel fit.

Alex there are ZT auto's not many but they're about.
I would agree with Tom one of the first R75V8's. It would have been on the Rover mk1 front and rear bumpers as the Mk1 ZT but with the adjusted exhaust. Be interesting to nab a picture from under the vehicle. Have been watching it on the B&G site. For just under 10k its got to be worth a punt to someone. If it was not for the danger of having to find a new home and sleeping on my tod, I'd get it.

Is this an early 75 V8?
B & G have had this car for some time , originally it had an MG (mk1) front bumper and cloth trim and is obviously a development car of some sort .

I asked that seller a question (without going into details)
Q/ This car looks very nice. But can you tell me why the pictures shows 1 image with the old bumper (and possible mg) and another picture with the new v8 bumber. A/ Hi, thanks for your interest. Sorry, but due to an error on our part when listing the car, a wrong picture was included and ebay wont let me delete it. I can confirm that the car will comes with the new correct Rover V8 bumper. Any inspection is welcome. Hope this helps Regards I suppose it is possible to mix photos up of 2 different cars that are the same colour. Still seems some what dodgy. Inspection is welcomed though (as it should be with any car).
