My brother in law ( for the time being ) showed me a tube of Peek just the other night. He's used both Peek and auto sol but he seems to favour peek. He said he thinks peel is a little less aggressive than auto sol and brings out a better shine to alloy and chrome. They sell both products down my local motor factors and peek is marginally cheaper. I don't think there's much difference between the two products personally
. Both are very good products. The Alloy seat post on my bike looked pretty sad with surface corrosion. I spend around 20 minutes with polishing mop on the end of an electric drill and auto sol and it now looks like the day it came. out of the factory. On the brakes and derailleur I used a sonic scrubber ( just an over grown sonic tooth brush but for use on cars ect ) with autosol .You can get into all the nooks and crannys with the brush and the auto sol has brought up everything to a brilliant shine. Be warned though. If you suffer from dyslexia and piles keep the Autosol tube away from the Anulsol cream otherwise you may be in for a very unpleasant experience :-)

Robert Dyas usually have it on the shelf in small tubes. Apparently it is available in 500grm pots, steam engine enthusiasts buy it like that.

Found a tube of autosol in the shed from when ive used it on the chrome on my bikes, thought I would give it a try after reading this thread! Boy was I pleasantly surprised, it really really works. I was getting hacked of with the look of my headlights, but now they are crystal clear gone are my milky cloudy headlights. Thankyou thankyou thankyou.
