does having econ displayed on the dash heater control cause loss of power?

My CDTI Auto does 0-60 quicker than that. I have synergy 2 fitted on setting 6, peirburg maf, egr bypass, new pcv filter, air intake mod, performance air filter. I am averaging 39mpg mixed driving with a heavy right foot!
