Your 0.027 in your third calculation is in pounds i.e. £0.027, so that x 365 gives you your £9.855 answer.

Totally agree.

The advice I've got in this group has been invaluable and has saved me a fortune in costs

Also we have to remember there are fewer mechanics that understand our vehicles, so having so many experts willing to help and share really makes a difference between fixing a problem or not.

Some problems are also only small, niggly things but could for example lead to an MOT fail and ultimately the scappers.

I wonder how many cars have been saved from the scrappers due to the intervention of our experts.

Those of us who have been here for a while get used to seeing these posts.
At the end of the day subscription is voluntary so if paying £10 a year for the club is such an awful bind - don't pay.
For those who do want to contribute and support the ckub then I doubt you will get better value for a tenner.

Quite a simple choice really isn't it .
I don't own a 75 or ZT now, however, I still subscribe as I want to support the club as it helps to keep these lovely cars on the road, I chose to do it, come the time I can't afford it out of my pension or I decide to not pay, then again, it will be my choice, I can then decide what want to spend £10 throughout the year
