Just had to drill mine of for the second time after asking the tyre fitter not to over tighten them. Now they are going in the bin

Thats why I always take my own torque wrench with me and watch em like a hawk i've binned 3 lockers so far, just one stubborn one to finish off ..

Hi mangismo,
Key arrived Thursday but unfortunately doesn't fit my locking wheel nuts (wrong type). Thanks for all your efforts though. I do have another key winging its way to me so will keep all posted as to outcome.

Just a note.
To adjust the handbrake adjusters you don't have to take the rear wheels off. You only need to remove 1 wheel bolt from each wheel to be able to reach the adjusters.
Personally I've found it easier to adjust them this way as you can feel the shoes grab when you rotate the whole wheel. Regards Sparkx |
