Either take them off and refit, or tighten the clips up with a pair of pipe pliers.

I've lost another of these darned clips because of the mud flap getting caught on a pile of snow
However, one of the online BMW parts suppliers is sending me what we think is the BMW equivalent as suggested by David (Greeners) and if it proves to be so, he will add the part number for direct ordering at a 10% discount. I'll let you know if it turns out to be the right clip |

All of the clips on my rear mudflaps were missing when I bought the car and had been replaced with self tapping screws. I could do witha whole bagful of these if they're not mad money.
I keep my mudflaps tight to the wing / bumper by putting a strip of the double-sided tape used to stick the badges on between flap and panel. This has the added benefit of minimising chafing and paint damage / rust. On the R8 the flap had a right-angled metal strip built in to it so it was easy to get a snug fit. This idea seems to have escaped the engineers when designing the mudflaps for the 75.
