WFI working now just unplugged and plugged the dongle back in.
Sorted the handbrake issue by altering the setting
On the SatNav
Went into Android folder in there was the IGO folder .
Opened that folder up clicked on install after changing setting to allow install from other source and it installed IGO.
Now the SatNav works from the button on the left hand side of the unit but still fails to work from the blue arrow on the task bar at the bottom of the home screen.
Under settings / navigation settings
Navi application is now set on IGO
Navigation Data path is grey not white and does not open up
I am sure it is a simple setting that needs correcting to get the Navigation Data path active.

The blue arrow is for google maps.
Press and hold it then drag it onto the main screen.
Then press and hold the igo logo on the main screen and drag that into the arrows place....simples
