Hi Paul,
All the stuff on the list is reasonably simple and covered well in the forums and how to's. The cost isn't too bad either, especially if you do it yourself. I must admit that I did all mine when I recently got it as it had a sketchy service history. Gearbox oil = not eseential but service item at 90k PCV filter = £10 to replace or free to clean. Recommended 30K Coolant. = OAT stuff max. 5 years service life Clutch fluid = my choice as I reckon dirty/90,000 mile fluid can't be that good for the cylinder seals and might put off slave cylinder problems. Brake fluid = not essential but recommended every 2 years Pollen filter = not essential A lot depends on how long you anticipate keeping the car. I want to get at least 5 years out of mine so see this stuff as wise investment. Servicing is like a lot of things you don't need it until something goes wrong and then maybe wish you'd done it. |

Hiya Paul, glad to hear the 'sparky 'sorted the electrical problem and got the zt running, albeit hard to start. If i where you i'd take Devilish's advice and go get your injectors checked out, seeing as you have had trouble with starting in the past, prior to the fusebox problem. hth
