Rob,
I think you forgot to let your daughter out of the boot. Her body heat is what's causing the marks |

As for the boot markings though, haven't noticed them on mine yet - I prefer the crop circle-esque theories... |

Probably formed in the same way as Ice Circles on ponds. For example: http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?im...%3Den%26sa%3DG

Yep! me too, the wife pointed these markings out the other day that were on the roof and said this car must of had a sunroof, I laughingly explained what it was and why coursed.
Never seen it on other cars though! |

Weird Snow Shape on ZT Phenomenom!?
Looked out of the window at work this morning and saw these weird, spooky shapes in the snow, on the roof and the boot of the ZT.
Its like crop circles in the snow......on cars! Anybody else experienced this strange phenomena?????

Yea I noticed that on the bonnet I guess it happens because the car's body is different thickness / materials etc in different places it loses heat faster in some areas and you get snow on there where are the places where the car is still warm keep the heat and melt the snow ..... my thinking at least
Nice pic by the way!

Get similar on both my cars - one is the outline where the sunroof would have been positioned!
