![]() Advice please, prior to fitting the new vis motors my engine was idling somewhere between 800 - 900 revs and steady.
Since changing the balance vis it is now idling at approx 1100 revs and acceleration is a lot more snatchy. Is this normal? ![]() ![]() ![]() Tom

![]() sounds like the balance valve seal is leaking try taking it off and check the seal

Have you ever felt like an idiot? ![]() ![]() Took the balance vis out and sure enough I had left the seal in the old motor. Thought I'd better check the power vis and you've guessed exactly the same. All running fine now. Tom
