I like that Statement, even if not Politically Correct.

Wild boar and buffalo. Rabbit, venison also brawn on toast, (pig's brains). That was before I saw the light and now I don't eat anything that had a mother...

Today, I had a taste of dragon fruit, a little bland, but similar to kiwi fruit with maybe a slight taste of lychee.

Additionally, and it was purely unintentional, I have tasted cow pat....many moons ago....not an experience I would wish to repeat...

Got to agree with GG, Ostrich and Croc and yes indeed to Ostrich and game biltong and droewors - far superior to any beef jerky.

Once went into a restaurant where they claimed to be able to serve you anything, so I ordered a Hippopotamus steak sandwich. After a very long while, they had to admit defeat -

wait for it

They'd run out of bread..............

Why????

Slow Cooker Beaver Paprika Recipe
By popular demand! Delicious, succulent, tender, outta this world! heheh Well, you'll just have to try it yourself and be the judge. But seriously folks, beaver is a very fine wild game to cook and is quite tasty in a variety of recipes.

Salt and pepper portions of beaver and brown in melted butter.
Transfer meat to slow cooker and add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. More water may be added if needed.
