and if you check the how to, is clearly shows the location that the purple plug goes into..I simply used a Blue one from a scarp car as shown the Orange slate wire should be in the area of the passengers kick plate...but to get that bit of it live you need to connect the other end of it...that is the bit that needs to go into the engine bay fuse box ...and that is what I did using a blue plug rather than buying the one from Rimmers hope I made that clear |

The Orange slate wire goes from the engine bay fuse box and will be around the Passengers side kick plate or the fuse box area if you prefer
and you will find the proper wiring link lead kit on Rimmers...not the blue one I used ...I got that from a scrap car a sit already in the fuse box if you read through the how to http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...fitting+towbar near the end it shows the like lead (a purple plug ) fitted in the location of the engine bay fuse box so to get the electrics working you needs to find the Orange slate wire inside the car ...connect a wire from there to the feed supply of your relay in the boot engine bay fuse box connect the orange slate wire to the fuse box..using my method or the proper link lead as shown in the how to...and also fit a fuse in the engine bay fuse box that will get you the lights working from the black 12N socket The Grey 12S socket will need a wire run from the Battery via a split charge relay ..or at least I would run a separate wire |
