I know its heart breaking but the Parkers price guide for it is only £1400 if absolutely perfect. Its shocking what these lovely cars fetch.

Problem is monogram paint is a hindrance now as some of them are up to £700 a litre, so if the car gets even very light damage it will be written off! Private buyers dont know this, but dealers do hence the low price. The £1400 i quoted was actually generous if anything. Hold fast on the price though, they do go for more, seemingly at random, just present it as shiny and clean as possible because Typhoon is gorgeous.

....but very rare these days, so this does give the car an edge over like models.
The Typhoon Chromactive 'flip effect' is very difficult to illustrate in photographic form, but when you see the vehicle in motion or simply walk round it, the colour is outstanding. Best of luck with the sale. |

What is monogram paint? Presumably its the paint that seems to change colour as you walk round.
Might buy an MG ZT, so which colours are monogram and expensive? Presume that the colours are MG ZT only and not the 75? Is touch up spray paint available for monogram for the odd spot?

The chromactive flip paints cost more than the standard supertallics, and touch up sticks have to be mixed specially as they are not available off-the-shelf. See below for the full range of colours available Monogram Paint Range |

Don't meen to insult anyone here so please take this in the way it is meant. The chap is trying to sell his car that he obviously doesn't want to as he has a large bill to pay. Lets not divert the thread to the highs and lows of the cars paintwork and if it has a ding what it's going to cost as that'll put people off. The car is a fantastic colour lets help him sell the car. Happy new year.
