I did have the 160 map put on in its early stages, that meant taking the ECU out for it to be loaded on. Don't know if that helps??

Not sure. Jules had it last year to service the a/c and pointed out that it starts in drive. When i asked about it here i was told this can happen when the ecu gets replaced with one from a manual car. Not got around to looking at it yet.
