You'll have a pair to use until you find another pair of reasonably-priced ones though. It's a good deal even with the missing cover.

Definitely, really happy I found them so soon, I seen them last night and thought I'd find out if they were the real deal first before I mention anything. But yeah even with the cover missing I'm a happy bunny!!

So the roof bars I was supposed to collect last week weren't collected as I was told the night before that he couldn't find the keys! He said he'd try and find them and let me know. Anyway they are still missing but he says he will send them to me if I want them and for me to just pay postage. But I'm wondering if they can still be used without the locks? Can new locks be fitted to them or new keys be made?
If not I'm still looking for another set!! |

The covers are the part with the key lock. You could use them but you'd need to get them off and to be honest anyone could just unscrew them. The key number will be on the lock so if you can ask him for that there's a good chance a member will be able to send a copied key for you. I've done this in the past for members. I still have a set & I'll check the number on them incase its a match.

Oh that's great! I don't suppose you have a set of covers for them too? I'll ask him now about the key number. This is a definite relief!!

Ok just waiting on a reply front the seller still, he likes to build up the suspense before he sends a message. It took six days for the reply on whether or not he's found the keys lol!
