Where is the pump? SOrry I know nothing about the FBH's

Just ahead of the o/s rear wheel. You should be able to reach under to touch it.

Tried the manual method.. nothing whatsoever. Should I go give the pump a gentle tap?

No, its not that sort of pump. Try pulling fuse 8 out of the engine fuse panel and putting it back in - the FBH might be in lock-out and that resets it. It might also be be worth checking the fuse is OK - 15 or maybe 20amp.

Have you checked that you have two plugs both plugged into the FBH, a 2 pin and 6pin?

Hi,

Yes done the fuse reset and the plugs are in.

The unit worked fine last winter/earlier this year.

Might it be an early FBH, which needs different polarity/pin to manually start it?

If you take a look at my photos of the PCB, in my FBH How To and compare it you your PCB, that is the later FBH PCB. If it doesn't match exactly, yours is the early FBH. Its just a matter of undoing the four philips screws in the cover and looking.

If it is the early one, you will need to research how to force those to fire manually.
